We did it! We gave up our beds for ONE night, we survived and we raised a fantastic amount for the homeless!
The sleep out is over for another year, and what a fantastic night it was! 80 of us joined together under the stars and slept out for a wonderful cause.
It was windy and it was WET (yes, 2 hours of heavy rain!) but we stuck it out and hid in our sleeping bags until the morning. What an amazing achievement!
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to our wonderful participants, they were a delight to spend the evening with and we're so thrilled they joined us to raise valuable funds and awareness for the homeless. They should all be very proud of themselves.
And not only did they give up their warm beds for the night, they also managed to raise an AMAZING.....
Wow! We're so thrilled, and this amount will certainly help the lives of many and ensure no one has to spend more than one night on the streets.
Thank you thank you thank you!
